Let’s take a look at the atmosphere of the Team Building activity between the I.E-Solution Team and the Celestial Code Team, and see just how much fun everyone had together.

This activity was organized through the collaboration between Celestial Code Co., Ltd. and our long-time partner, I.E-Solution Co., Ltd., a company we have worked closely with for many years. The purpose was to strengthen the relationship between both teams, help everyone get to know one another better, build teamwork, and spend relaxing time together. The activity took place in Nakhon Nayok for 2 days and 1 night, from August 1, 2025, to August 2, 2025.

Early in the morning on August 1, 2025, we set off for Nakhon Nayok. After arriving around noon, we stopped to recharge at Nai Hua Cafe Nakhon Nayok, a restaurant with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by flowers, trees, and a stream. It was such a lovely setting that we managed to take many great team photos. After lunch, we continued on to our accommodation and the venue for our Team Building activity, Royal Hills Resort Hotel.

When we entered the activity room, everyone received a name tag, which also showed the team color they had been assigned to. We were all excited to see who would be on which team. Then, the activities began.

Greeting and Introduction
>> The event started with an introduction from the team organizing this Team Building activity, Teamup Thailand.

Ice Breaking
>> The first activity helped everyone break the ice and get to know one another. Everyone had to run around and find people who were born in the same month, then sit down together. It was a very lively start, with people shouting out their birth months and raising their hands to find teammates born in the same month.

This was followed by a relationship bingo game. Each person received a bingo sheet filled with activities they were good at or enjoyed. Everyone then had to collect signatures from others to complete the sheet. The first three people to complete their bingo would be the winners. In this game, those who were observant and knew what others liked, were good at, or were interested in had a higher chance of winning.

Olympic Games
>> Then came the main activities of the day. The organizers divided the games into several smaller activities to keep everyone engaged and energized.

Activity 1 : Each team had to come up with a team name and team pose, then introduce themselves in front of the room. Team members also got to know one another by sharing three facts about themselves, with one of them being a lie. The rest of the team had to guess which statement was false.

Activity 2 : This activity encouraged creativity. Each team had to dress up to match the picture they randomly drew, using only the items prepared by the organizers.

Activity 3 : This was a general knowledge quiz based on Grade 4-level questions. The game required both knowledge and speed, as the score depended on how quickly each team answered correctly.

Activity 4 : This activity required quite a bit of physical skill: tossing ping pong balls into cups.

Activity 5 : A mini bowling game.

Activity 6 : For the final activity, everyone had to brainstorm, use creativity, and apply engineering skills to build the longest bridge possible, strong enough for a small tuk-tuk to pass across.

After the Team Building activities ended in the afternoon, everyone got ready for the evening party. The next day, we also stopped by Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam before heading back to Bangkok.

This Team Building activity lasted only three hours, but it was filled with so much laughter. It challenged us to think, brainstorm, and use plenty of energy, but it was also incredibly fun. Every activity helped us get to know one another better, work together to complete each mission, support each other, and create many smiles and memorable moments.

The Celestial Code Team hopes we will have the chance to join activities like this again in the future. We would love to go again!
